Mille Vini’s new menu has a strong emphasis on classic recipes from all Italian regions, with handcrafted pasta. Some of our signature dishes include poached octopus salad, battered zucchini flower, truffle pecorino with blossom honey and a selection of freshly made crostini stracciatella. Just as the name suggests, Mille Vini has an extensive w**e concept, with a focus on local producers with Italian varieties and new emerging Italian w**es. We host these complimentary as a way to share w**es we love and bring people together around candlelit tables.
Every month brings something different - a new region, a w**emaker visiting from afar, our sommelier guiding you through the stories behind each bottle.

Our next tasting in October focuses on w**es from Gant & Co as we explore their cool climate pours from their idyllic site in Karridale in the south of Margaret River.
