The Hunter Valley is coming to Surry Hills for NSW W**e Month 🍇

Richard Done, w**emaker and owner of **es, is joining Lisa for an intimate guided tasting of five of his w**es, each paired with nibbles. You’ll also be among the first to try a brand-new John Wallace release before it’s out to the public.

New series: Last pour. W**es leaving the list that need a proper farewell.

Honestly they’d all stay forever if we had our way, but there’s too much good stuff coming out of NSW not to give every producer a turn.

First to go is the Corang Estate Riesling from the Canberra District. Lisa is German, so she’s taking this one personally as a Riesling lover 🥲

Come say goodbye while it’s still pouring for another week!

Our Surry Hills w**e bar and gallery is available for full buyouts and hourly hire, for up to 40 guests (28 seated indoors, plus our outdoor area). It’s perfect for birthdays, private w**e tastings, corporate events, team building over a guided tasting, or your end-of-year celebration.

Everything we pour is from NSW, from our twice award-winning w**e list. Bring your own food, or we’ll organise it for you.

A 10% deposit secures your date, and we reply to every enquiry the same day. You’ll find all the info on the Private Events tab, link in bio!

Last week’s Sip Happens was a full house, with a new line-up of w**es going head to head and an amazing vibe all night. And this time, NSW came out on top 🏆
