Out latest Select Cask release has been going down extremely well with rum-lovers all over the country!

‘101 Proof’ (or 50.5%ABV) is traditionally a middle ground for rums, being strong but not explosive. This Rum delivers more punch without overwhelming your palate or your drink, allowing for a richer, spicier, and more aromatic drinking experience.

The stout cask maturation delivers tasting notes such as apricot, vanilla, candied orange, roasted hazelnuts, malted chocolate, toasted muesli and even white miso - a bold, nuanced mix of fruit, spice, malt and umami.

We are down to our last bottles of our Select Cask Series #005 Brokenwood Graveyard Shiraz Cask. This remarkable Australian Rum was meticulously matured for five years in a single 225-litre French Oak barrel that once held Brokenwood Wines award-winning 2017 Graveyard Shiraz, a vintage named Best Australian Shiraz at the International Wine Challenge in London.

The combination of French Oak and top quality Australian wine has allowed the Rum to develop bold, alluring notes of black cherry, licorice, cocoa, honey, rose petals, and a touch of candied orange.
