We are really saddened to have to write this but unfortunately a very kind & thoughtful individual has taken it upon themselves to book multiple fake bookings via our online booking system.

This means that unfortunately, we have taken the decision to add a pre payment facility to ALL of our future bookings.
Please note, it will ask for card details but WILL NOT take money unless the booking is not honoured.

It's desperately sad that someone has chosen to do this. Not only does it affect us and our young families livelihood, it also affects our lovely staffs.

We are very saddened to have to do this and we appreciate your support and understanding on this very unfortunate matter.
