🎶Jazz 'n' Blues Club🎶 - Thursday 18th June - First the band now the man.... from the Hot Foot Flowers Band to the man himself - we welcome back the show stopping Hot Foot Hall this Thursday.....

Born from the booze-filled juke joints and back-alley blues bars of Yorkshire, Hot Foot Hall is where raw energy meets fresh ideas.  Inspired by the slide-guitar sounds of Muddy Waters, Howlin’ Wolf, and Hound Dog Taylor, this electrifying one man blues machine combines the traditional with the original.  Hot Foot Hall plays upbeat, down home, foot stomping blues, guaranteed to get toes tapping and tails flapping.

Hot Foot Hall will be playing outside if the weather is kind, or if not he will be in the usual cosy spot in Carriage's bar from 7/7.30pm this Thursday evening - Admission is free - guests dining are advised to reserve a table - walkins & drinkers welcome 🙂 feel free to pop in - See You At The Bar 🔥🎸

🎶Jazz and Blues Club🎶 join us this Thursday 11th June for a great evening of live music.....we welcome back the legend with his own Cigar Box Guitar - Howlin Mat....

A Blues Nomad
Howlin' Mat has lived an almost nomadic lifestyle to become one of the hardest working solo blues acts around with gigs all over the UK and Europe. After seeing the light he gave it all up to start his blues journey some 15 years ago playing material by the likes of Robert Johnson, Mississippi Fred McDowell, Jimmy Reed, Muddy Waters, Elmore James, Earl Ho**er, Robert Nighthawk, and Hound Dog Taylor. In this time, he gained quite a reputation as a blues guitarist and in particular, for his slide guitar skills. A talented devotee of the Cigar Box Guitar and has had compliments for the likes of John Paul Jones (Led Zeppellin]) and Mud Morganfield (son of Muddy waters).

Howlin Mat will be playing in the bar from 7/7.30pm this Thursday evening - Admission is free - guests dining are advised to reserve a table - walkins & drinkers welcome 🙂 feel free to call in and catch him play and take advantage of an Authentic Delta Blues Experience!
