An award like this doesn’t happen by accident, it’s down to the relentless hard work, passion, and energy of our incredible team every single day.

👨‍🍳 To the Kitchen: A huge, special thank you to our Head Chef, Pete, and every single one of our kitchen team. Thank you for the delicious dishes, late nights over hot stoves, and pouring so much care into every plate that leaves the pass.
