Meet our Doggy of the Week: Mac! 🐾🖤✨

Handsome boy Mac popped into yesterday with his humans for their very first visit! While he was super friendly and loving all the Lounge fuss, he got a little camera-shy (and gave us a few playful barks!) when our team tried to snap his picture. 📸🙈

Luckily, his lovely owners came to the rescue and sent us these brilliant photos—how gorgeous does he look rocking his little poppy tag?
A massive thank you to Mac’s family for visiting and sending over such kind words about our food and how welcoming our space is for dogs. We absolutely loved having you all! 🛋️💛

Four-legged pals are always VIPs here—pop in, grab a comfy sofa, and don't forget to ask our team for a dog treat and fresh bowl of water! 🐶🥣
Drop some love for Mac in the comments! 👇🐾

"Ohana means family—and family means nobody gets left behind."

Proud to Support Ohana - Supporting Special Families this Winter at Claro Lounge 💛🎄✨ We are so proud to announce Ohana as our chosen local charity partner!
Based right here in Ripon, Ohana is a dedicated charity committed to uplifting families of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Their mission is all about providing compassionate, comprehensive support to parents, caregivers, and families as they navigate both the unique challenges and the beautiful joys of raising children with SEND.
Through regular sensory-friendly playgroups, inclusive activities, and invaluable peer-to-peer support networks, Ohana creates welcoming, judgment-free spaces where families are heard, connected, and truly understood.

Over the coming festive season, we’ll be teaming up with them across several community initiatives:
🎄 The Christmas Wish Tree: Partnering with Ohana and Back to Basics so local families can share festive wishes for our community to fulfill.
🥫 Community Open Pantry: Drop off dry food goods, leave a financial donation for Ohana, or simply take what your family needs this winter.
🎅 Festive Family Workshops: Inclusive festive activities and family events hosted right here at Claro.

Keep an eye out for Ohana’s leaflets and information boards popping up across the Lounge over the next few weeks!
To the founders, volunteers, and wonderful families at Ohana—thank you for everything you bring to Ripon. We can’t wait to work together this season. 💛
