We’re one very proud team to see our very own Head Chef appear on ’s The Cook Up with 👏🏼 In true Glass style, Nat whips up a brill munière, inspired by the classic French sole meinière, finished with lemon, caper and plenty of butter.

We might just have to bring this one back onto the menu…
