(359)

As a New York State farm brewery, our ales range from reinterpreted classics to seasonals that utilize local farms finest ingredients. As a family run business we look to support other New York producers, recently transitioned to 100% New York ingredients for all their b**rs. We also serve New York State w**e and spirits. In summer 2019, Strong Rope Brewery introduced a second location as a satellite taproom at Blue Mountain Lake. Strong Rope Taproom will offer 3 signature b**rs on tap, as well as local spirits, w**e, and c***r and cans and bottles to go. Stay for a pint or bring a taste of New York back to your campsite or cabin!

Have you tried our West Coast-inspired IPA, Seeds of Love and Outrage?

This classic IPA has notes of pine, resin, citrus and lemon balm, and finishes with firm bitterness. It's delightfully hoppy, crisp, and refreshing for a fall day.

Seeds of Love and Outrage is available on draft and in cans in limited quantities at our Red Hook taproom.

Fresh cans of Liberty Gold are now on shelves in limited quantities, as well on draft.

Liberty Gold is our take on a Dortmunder Export L***r. Rich with a refined balance of bready malt flavor, accented by a floral and herbaceous hop profile with a crisp, satisfying finish.

Come grab a pint or 4-pack before it's gone. 🍻
