The beta version of Pete’s Sports Bar is still in full effect though. We’ll be playing many of the World Cup matches inside and on our new backyard projector as well ⚽️🍻🏟️

There will be mint juleps, a pie contest and of course the race itself 🥃🏆🥧

We’ll also have .llc back for the third year running. They’ll be serving up delicious BBQ in the backyard from 3pm until they’re sold out.

Williamsburg and Greenpoint have built more housing in every category than any other neighborhoods in NYC - by a long shot. Yes, NYC needs more affordable housing, but we need open space and climate resilience as well.
