🔥 ☠️ This Halloween, 𝟯𝟭 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿, we’ve got two brilliant local duos taking over Repas7 By Night.

Kicking off the night are 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆𝗿, one of the newest duos on the local scene. Young duo 𝗘𝗯𝗯𝗮 & 𝗗𝗮𝗿𝗰𝘆 made their Repas7 By Night debut during Berwick Fringe, bringing a raw guitar and drums setup with an explosive 𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝘂𝗻𝗸 sound. Expect a few nods to The White Stripes and noughties rock.

Then 𝗨𝗹𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘁 take over. Paul and Nicola Summers are a piano and vocal duo blending haunting synth textures with rich harmonies. Alongside their original songs, they’ll be bringing atmospheric covers from Kate Bush and London Grammar, plus a tune or two about being chased by vampires.

We’ll be removing some tables and making the dance floor bigger for the night, so there’ll be room to stand, dance and try out a scary move or two. 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲, 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘀.

🎃🔥 The first of our two Halloween nights is This Friday, the 30th of October, we welcome back Hellzeus for a night of scarily good Rock & Pop covers!

There was a gap last year but Halloween shows here have become a bit of a tradition, and we’re looking forward to another night of hell-raising acoustic rock from Jamie and Jess.

Now they’re back for Halloween weekend, and we’re ready for things to get loud, spooky and a little bit devilish.

We’ll be open from 5PM with tapas, pizza and Halloween dry ice cocktails. Music from 8PM. Free entry.

Swefn are back at Repas7 By Night with their versatile mix of old classics, modern hits and original songs. Their sets can move from one genre to another, with no genre off limits.

On their last visit, lead singer Nadia lost her voice, so the band had to switch things up pretty rapidly. This time, Nadia is fighting fit, and we’ve been told a rockier set might even be in store. Whatever happens, it’s likely to be pretty special.

Swefn’s distinctive sound brings together three-part vocal harmonies, ukulele, guitar, bass and drums. Their name means “dream” in Old English, and the Old Norse word svefn has the same meaning. “Dreams” by Fleetwood Mac was also one of the first songs they performed together.

🇮🇹 This 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝟐𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫, we can’t wait to welcome back one of my personal favourite musicians to have played at Repas7 by Night, 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬, with his new project, 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐆 𝐏𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬.

Over the last few years, Steven has brought his touring outfit, the 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, all the way from 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐮𝐠𝐢𝐚 𝐢𝐧 𝐈𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐲 for their small but mighty UK tour. This time, he’s joined by 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐨 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢 and 𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐨 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐢.

Steven and Tommaso first met through their shared love of 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐜, from 𝐛𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬. Tommaso was previously the frontman of death-metal band 𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐠𝐨𝐝 𝐀𝐩𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐩𝐬𝐞, but together they’ve built a repertoire inspired by artists including 𝐃𝐨𝐜 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐬𝐨𝐧, 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐕𝐚𝐧 𝐙𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐨𝐧, alongside their own songs.

With 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐬, 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐫𝐡𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐦𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠, The PG Pickers draw on 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐚 𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. Federico Presentini completes the trio on double bass.

Of course, we’ll be open as usual from 𝟓𝐏𝐌 with Tapas Specials + 🍕 + 🍻 + 🍷 + 🥃, and music from 𝟖𝐏𝐌. 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲.

🎶 This Saturday, 17 October, we welcome Sam Shields back to Repas7 By Night. This time he’s bringing his longtime band, The Regiment whilst he goes on a uk tour to promote the release of his new material!

Northumberland-born singer-songwriter Sam Shields ( ) has a distinctive British take on Americana, drawing on folk, blues and country. His songs are rooted in honest, homegrown storytelling, with The Regiment joining him for a full-band set.

The North East trio bring their own take on contemporary jazz, blending original songs with an eclectic selection of covers. Their sound draws on jazz, folk, rock and pop, moving from intimate, atmospheric moments to unexpected twists on familiar favourites.

MGB’s music has been featured by The Crack, Bebop Spoken Here and BBC Introducing North East.

Tonight we’re starting a little earlier than first advertised 7.30PM so Alasdair can catch the last train home!

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟭𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 we are excited to welcome 𝗔𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗗𝗼𝘄 back to Berwick-upon-Tweed . Originally from Buckinghamshire and Alasdair is a former winner of Hellyy international guitar festival he he will be showcasing his vocal and Acoustic guitar stylings with a blend of originals and covers with 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗸, 𝗥𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝗽 getting their twist in his unique style.

A singer-songwriter based Edinburgh is no stranger to the venue having first performed here solo and with his duo partner and last Fridays performer Stuart Honeyman.

You may have also caught him hosting one of his Sunday session at the Royal Oak or playing his original music around the city. Alasdair’s arrangement of the traditional song, ‘Hares on the Mountain, recorded for his second independently produced solo EP, was described as ‘exquisitely done’ by DJ Mark Radcliffe who played it on his BBC Radio 2 Folk Show. Aside from folk, Alasdair’s music also touches on rock, blues, soul and pop.

We will of course be open as usual from 𝟱𝗣𝗠 with Tapas + 🍕 + 🍸 + 🍹 + 🍻 + 🥃 + 🧊 and all the non alcoholic beverages you need 😏
