Cheese of the Week: OLD WI******ER 🧀

Made at Lyburn Farm in the New Forest, Old Wi******er is a rich, full-flavoured farmhouse cheese. Think Vintage Cheddar, aged Gouda, and Parmesan. Aged for 16-20 months, it’s savoury with notes of toasted nuts and caramel, with a distinct crystalline crunch. Made with pasteurised cow‘s milk and suitable for vegetarians.

Pairs with:

🥩: Prosciutto, cured ham, and any dried sausage
🍷: Dark Ale, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon
Chutney: Fig, Onion, Spiced Fruit

Stop by the deli and grab yourself some!
Keep you eyes peeled for more cheese info and pairings
