A riff on the classic manti dumplings we serve at Rumi Brunswick, cheat's manti is a weeknight staple in many Middle Eastern families, as it takes a fraction of the time to cook.
Shell pasta, a delicious tomato and red pepper spiced meat sauce, topped with garlicky yoghurt and olive oil. It's comforting and cosy and sure to cure the Monday blues.
