The time has come to say goodbye…
The feedback on our latest Wine + Pasta iteration has been overwhelmingly positive and we know what we do resonates. Sadly, there just haven’t been enough bums on seats and we have run out of time. Simple as that.
Pastificio Sandro has been a collection of many talents, passions and dreams. As humbling as it has been to make this difficult call, know that from day one, we have operated with integrity, excellence and undoubtedly pure excitement to showcase the best of talents and purveyors in produce and wine. We truly gave it our best shot, threw everything at it and learnt a lot along the way.
We are forever grateful to the team over the last two years who bought into the dream and put their heart and soul into making it work.
We’re also grateful for the support and patience of all our suppliers. We battle this industry together and it would be remiss not to acknowledge the incredible weight you also bear.
Our last day will be Saturday 26 July. Let’s finish on a high! Help us fill our little bar so we can serve you one last time. If you’ve been meaning to visit, now’s your chance. Tag a friend you’d like to dine with.
