Carolina Cafe & Bar Carolina is a cafe located on the border of Brunswick East and Carlton North.

Housed in an old shoemakers shop, Carolina is an unassuming local where you can enjoy sublime Industry Beans coffee, sumptuous seasonal food as well local boutique beers and ciders and a carefully selected range of Australian wines. We have a beautiful leafy courtyard perfect for lazy afternoon drinks and complete with sandpit for the kids earlier in the day.

We are searching for an experienced and energetic Barista/floor person to join our team.

The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate and knowledgeable about coffee, enjoys working with people & in a team and driven to provide excellent customer service. You’ll have the opportunity to be part of a fun atmosphere where both customers and employees have a great experience that’s welcoming and engaging.

The role is also a mix between barista and floor, so the person must be experienced in both areas. It will be predominately on the machine but will need to be able to do shifts on the floor when needed.
