Natural, organic & biodynamic w**es. Glasses, Flights, W**e club, classes & local delivery. 🍷 Ready for a fun, non-intimidating approach to the world of w**e? Our w**e selection is set up by what the w**es pair with. Yes that includes food, but it also includes how you're feeling, types of date nights, events you stay in for or go out to, AND adjectives! We write adjectives (in groups of 3 or more) to describe people, places & things and then pair w**es to those adjectives. You'll discover w**es paired to movie & tv characters (including 5 from Harry Potter & 20 from Game of Thrones), 11 breeds of cats & dogs, the Portland Traillblazers Starting 5, a red & white for each astrological sign, 8 types of cyclists and 5 different types of rain! Knowing all that, here's a big kahuna: 80% of the w**es we carry are chosen based on upholding a high standard of sustainability that includes organic grape growing and no yeast being added in the w**emaking process. Bottom line: We're here to make this soulful part of the w**e world stupid fun! Lots of events, fun w**e flights, a diversity of w**es by the glass & classes await you :)

Cosplay contest details are locked in for "There and Back Again," our Lord of the Rings–inspired birthday w**e pop-up on September 24th!

Three categories: Best Costume, Best Fellowship, and Audience Choice (the crowd votes live on the night). Winners walk away with a surprise gift — no purchase necessary beyond your ticket to get in the running.

Costumes are optional to attend, but if you've got a closet full of cloaks, this is the night to use them.

Last day for Pop Girlies of the Early 2000s is tomorrow. Open until 9 tonight, noon to 8 on Sunday, and then it's done.

Nine artists, a w**e for each, $45 for the whole flight. Mandy Moore through Avril Lavigne, and a handout that explains every pairing.

This one came from a customer at the bar asking for it. It's been a good week for it — the arguing has been outstanding and nobody has changed their mind about anything.

Pairings Basics Class · Sept 16 · 6–8 PM. One w**e, six pairing elements (earth, spice, salt, acid, fat, sweet), and by the end you'll know how to pick a bottle for anything — home cooking, date night, the confusing w**e list at the place you're trying to impress someone at.

Jeff only runs this a couple times a year, so this is a real "don't sleep on it" one.
