Can I please put you on to this new hyper fixination of mine. Introducing you Mì Quảng, popular dish from my mom’s motherland Quảng Nam province Đà Nẵng, turmeric-infused flat rice noodles, minimal flavorful broth, and a mix of toppings like shrimp, pork, Vietnamese ham and quail eggs, served with fresh herbs, crushed peanuts, and a crispy rice cracker (bánh tráng) for a contrasting texture. It is so so good y’all! Please let me know what you think once you try it!!! Can’t wait to feed you!!!! 🍜
