We are excited to feature this lovely young woman in the Vallée de la Marne. Her vineyards are primarily Pinot Meunier with a small amount of Chardonnay. The vineyards are certified: High Environmental Value (HVE) and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne (VDC). Winemaking is ambient yeast fermentation, blocked malolactic conversion, and aged sur lattes. We look forward to sharing these delicious wines from a label that promises to be an OWOB favorite.

Building on a strong foundation of traditional Champagne making learned from their father Jean-Pierre, the brothers Raphaël and Vincent Bérêche became two of the region’s most insatiably curious vignerons. To that end, their portfolio includes several micro-cuvées brilliantly conceived to express different aspects of terroir, vintage and grape variety. I am thrilled and a little hesitant (due to the cost) to offer this rare flight. We hope to see you!
