The Belmont Library is finally reopening! It has been fascinating to pass by daily and see the construction evolve. The footprint has almost tripled. Pix is delighted to partner with the library for its grand reopening party, August 15 and 16. Enjoy two days of activities while snacking on Pix treats (and maybe even checkout my cookbook?) Meet your judges! We just tasted 31 bakes as part one of the casting interviews. Then threw a party. And we are doing the whole thing over tomorrow! (Katie, you think someone will bring a salad?! One can only hope.)
