We were confused too, then we were pleasantly surprised! Pizzicletta is now serving up panuozzos Monday–Thursday, 12–5pm.

Our *blackberry dry-hopped Foeder mixed fermentation sour* is sure to brighten the delicate combination of vegetarian fillings: ricotta, mozzarella, tomato, basil, arugula, balsamic, and olive oil.

Invisible Agent ESB (4.9% ABV) 🤝 Porchetta Panuozzo
Our Extra Special Bitter is the perfect complement to bold, meaty fillings: porchetta, mozzarella, garlic aioli, pickled red onion, Calabrian chile, tomato, mixed greens, and lemon vinaigrette.

We’ve got 2 new brews on tap for you today — come sip with us at the OG Beaver Taproom alongside a tasty Pizzicletta pie…or hit the huge patio at the B**r Garden & Atmosphere Kitchen next door ✨

🇩🇪 Festbier ~ German Festbier L***r (5.2% ABV / 18 IBU)
As a traditional German Festbier l***r, this style is the lightest of the bunch. Golden in color and jammed with immense crushable character; light, bright, and snappy with notes of cracker and sweet dough mixed with subtler flavors of citrus and a hint of a tannin type spice from Tettnanger hop usage. Pröst!

🍻 Corrosion of Conformity ~ Dry-Hopped Mixed Sour w/ Blackberry (7% ABV / 15 IBUs)
This tart little devil took our Foeder sour base, conditioned it on many gallons of blackberry puree, before getting a small dry-hop of Simcoe to amplify the heavy berry profile. As such, super tart but balanced beautifully by sweet berry with some bright citrus and berry aromatics.

Here’s to fall! 👽 We can’t wait for all of these harvest-inspired brews to make their way to your glass. More to come! 🍁 🍻

✂️Office Supplies, one of our fav double hazy IPAs, is back on tap! Coming in at 8% ABV, the return of this hop bomb of a brew will pair perfectly with Pizzicletta’s new pie special.

🧄 🍕 Pizzi Special ~ Garlic aioli, mozzarella, sausage, spicy sun-dried tomato, mushroom, black pepper

🍻 Office Supplies ~ Double Hazy IPA (8% ABV) Immediate aromatics of juicy berry and ripe citrus hit you with underlying tropical notes. Flavor takes you to a topical getaway with loads of passionfruit, grapefruit and peach, with hits of blueberry and diesel, making for both a sweet and dank experience.

🍻 Melon Grab 🍉
🍉 Watermelon Tajin Gose (4.7% ABV)
A classic Gose…skip the salt and go straight for the Tajinn — conditioned on tons of freshly juiced watermelon. A tart and salt body, with a subtle chili heat, and a huge punch of watermelon. **ON-SITE ONLY!

🍻 Creekside Cucumber
🥒 Blonde Ale w/ Cucumber (4.8% ABV)
A perfect hot day sipper, this blonde ale got treated with over a gallon of freshly squeezed cucumber juice to amp up the refreshing factor. Light, bright, and packed with cucumber flavor.

🍻 Chela Negra
🇲🇽 Dark Mexican L***r (4.7% ABV)
Hinting at notes of toasted malt and caramel, additions of corn lend to a subtly sweet body. This brew drinks quite light for a dark b**r.

🍻 Moonwind
🌝 West Coast IPA (6.2% ABV)
A one of a kind take on our classic Westie IPA. Mosaic Hyperboost by Yakima Chief, along with a hefty dry-hop of Mosaic Cryo, Nectaron, and Simcoe. A genuine hop bomb, with loads of tangerine, grapefruit, and stonefruit across the nose, while flavor maintains a piney bitterness with underlying notes of berry, orange, mango, and overripe peaches.

🍻 Quiet Life
🔭 Hazy Pale Ale (5.6% ABV)
Our house hazy pale “Quiet Life” is for those who crave a juicier, easier drinking b**r, without the kick of an IPA. This batch features
Wakatu, Citra and Mosaic hopgs, lending to flavors of citrus and tropical fruit.
