Did you know? "Tonkotsu" literally means "pork bone." 🍜 That's where the rich, creamy broth comes from: pork bones simmered low and slow until all that flavor gives up.

Our Tonkotsu Style ramen: rich pork broth, pork chashu, boiled egg, naruto, sesame, black garlic oil, red ginger and scallion. Ramen season is officially open.

Slurp or sip: how do you eat your ramen? 👇

Trick or treat yourself to sushi tonight. 🎃 However you're spending Halloween, we'll have a table (and happy hour) waiting. Flagstaff's favorite sushi spot since 2006.

Color your week in. 🌈 Our Rainbow Roll is as fun to look at as it is to eat — a little bit of everything, wrapped up beautifully. Fresh. Beautiful. Delicious. That's the whole philosophy, right here.

Lights, camera, a little Hollywood magic!

Last night, we traded our usual downtown scene for a glamorous evening at Wiseman Aviation with the Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce.

The stakes were high, the atmosphere was electric, and the casino tables brought plenty of excitement to the evening!

But the real jackpot? The people.

An incredible night connecting with the local businesses and familiar faces that make Flagstaff such a special place to call home.

And you know we couldn’t show up empty-handed.

Our team had something pretty spectacular up their sleeves for this Hollywood affair…

Now THAT is a showstopper.

An incredible spread of handcrafted sushi rolls, thoughtfully arranged and dressed to impress. Every bit as spectacular as the evening itself.

The real stars of this production? Our team.

From preparation to presentation, the talent, precision, and teamwork behind this display deserve a standing ovation. We couldn’t be prouder!

A beautiful event, an incredible community, and a flawless ex*****on by Team Karma.

Thank you to the Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce for having us. What a night to remember!

Can't decide? Neither could we — so we made a plate for that. 🍣🍣🍣 The Ultimate Karma Trio is three of our favorites, one order. Tag the friend who always wants to try everything.
