For two decades now, you’ve come in to share a conversation, the day’s news, talk about an issue, and enjoy the finest beer and whiskey selection in town. Thank you for your years of making what goes on inside our walls interesting and unique. We’re truly a pubhouse and have sincerely enjoyed the ever-changing people and conversations. So, we’re changing our last name to one that reflects the more inclusive and broader reach of what we do around the place. But you can still call us just Uptown.

Join us on the Uptown Pubhouse patio for another evening of Theater on Tap on the Blue Mountain Rose stage.

On Wednesday, September 23 at 8PM, players from Stargazer Collaborative Theater will perform selected scenes from Stephen Sondheim’s Company, one of musical theatre’s most celebrated works.

Largely regarded as a trailblazer of the dark-comedy, modern-musical genre, Company won six Tony Awards, including Best Musical, Best Score, Best Lyrics, and Best Book.

The story follows Robert, a confirmed bachelor, on the night of his 35th birthday as he reflects on love, marriage, friendship, and the beautifully complicated lives of “those good and crazy people,” his married friends. Through dinners, drinks, a wedding, and a hilarious array of interactions, Robert is forced to question what he really wants.

Come enjoy a preview of this brilliant, funny, and deeply human show right here on the patio at your favorite neighborhood Pubhouse in downtown Flagstaff.

No cover. No admission fee. Just come by, grab a drink, order some pub food, and enjoy local theatre under the evening sky.

🎭 Theater on Tap is back on the Blue Mountain Rose stage.

Join us on the Uptown Pubhouse patio on Wednesday, September 23 at 8PM as players from Stargazer Collaborative Theater bring scenes from Stephen Sondheim’s Company to downtown Flagstaff.

It’s another evening of local theatre, patio drinks, good food, and community creativity at your favorite neighborhood Pubhouse.
