Wildwind: Superdelic 6.3% ABV

Another entry in our Wildwind single malt single hop (SMASH) IPA series. This beer showcases the New Zealand hop Superdelic. These hops have a strong aroma and add a mango, citrus and strawberry flavors to the beer. Get to know Superdelic and come try this beer!

BEER RELEASE!

Bahnhof Gose - Traditional German Sour
4.5% ABV

This is a simple beer using only Pilsner and Sonoran White Wheat malt and was soured in our kettle overnight. A modern twist was added with New Zealand Motueka hops for a lime zest tang! A little salt added right at the end of the brewing process lead to a crisp, refreshing, tart summer beer!

Releases Wednesday 5/27 for mug club members and on Thursday for anyone to try!
