🥸 MOVEMBER AT T&P 🪒

Our 2026 Club Captain, Jon Foster, is joining forces with Professional Team members Jason Avery, Ali Williams and James Keitch, alongside Club Manager Dean Sharland, to take on Movember!

Throughout November, the team will be growing their finest (or most questionable!) moustaches to raise funds for our 2026 Captains’ Charity, the League of Friends of Musgrove Park Hospital. 💚

Every donation, big or small, will help support patients, staff and families at our local hospital.

Please give what you can and help us turn some horrifying facial hair into something truly worthwhile!

💚 DONATE HERE:

Thank you for your support!

🌫️ COURSE CLOSED – FOG 🌫️

Unfortunately, the course is currently closed due to poor visibility caused by thick fog.

Later tee times will still stand at their existing time, providing the course is open by that point. Anyone who’s tee time has passed, will need to check with the Pro Shop their options.

🌱 Summer Greens Maintenance Underway 🌱

This week we’re carrying out our annual summer greens maintenance to keep our putting surfaces in the best possible condition.

Using a GKB Sandfiller, we’re removing surface organic matter while incorporating sand into the upper rootzone. Once the debris has been cleared, the greens are deep spiked to 3 inches to relieve compaction, improve drainage and encourage stronger root development.

The process is then completed by brushing and rolling the surfaces before overseeding with bentgrass, helping to produce healthier, smoother and more consistent greens for the future.

While the work may cause a little short-term disruption, it’s an essential investment in the long-term quality of our greens. Thank you for your patience and understanding while this work is carried out 🙏🏼
