Folk by the Fire returns tonight!

Expect our regular session leaders & .malkin plus some special guests and familiar faces!

Bring a folk tune and get involved or sit back and enjoy some incredible music.

We are really lucky to have some of the best musicians around coming through for this night.

And it's all free, in the pub, low key, chilled, good pints in hands.

Fam Jam is back!

are coming back to run another very special music workshop for us first thing on Saturday - 🎶👨‍👦FAMILY JAM👩‍👦🎶

Lots of interactive play, exploration of music, singing some classics and storytelling from 12-2pm.

Free to participate and no booking required

Meet other hip musical parents 😏

Sneak a pint in while the children are distracted 😅

This'll be happening in the garden if weather permits, or in the Snug side room if its a bit gloomy (which means bar billiards will be off the table til 2pm).

Sadly, we're postponing this event due to rubbish weather.

Today's post was supposed to be a reminder that we were meant to have the incredible &
coming down to host the awesome Chubby Jams in the Artichoke garden on Thursday.

However, a jam in the garden when it's peeing it down just isn't going to work, and we want the first one of these to be a riot, not a wash out! So we're cancelling this with enough notice that hopefully it won't be too much of a disappointment.

Watch this space we're going to be locking in another date soon for jammers, singers, widdlers, listeners and dancers to come down and vibe out with the phattest riddim section in the fine city!
