Finely Tuned Athletic Machine is an ocean-hopping hazy pale, using Citra and Nelson Sauvin for a juicy and grapey flavour profile. Sureshot Brewing are on point with this one, in a glass of summery haze - cheers!

LEFT BOOK CLUB

QUIZ NIGHT MONDAY

The first and third Mondays of the month are quiz nights at the Plasterers Arms, so come on down for an 8pm start. Quizmasters Sam and Jamie will be testing you on all the usual things: the last fortnight of news, table rounds for both the first and second half, the music round, and a host of other surprises.

Teams of up to 6 people, £1 per person, a range of prizes up to a £60 bar tab, special cans and bottles from the fridges, and also the super secret mystery bonus(!) to be won, not forgetting the wooden spoon for last placers. Please call the pub during opening hours, or DM on social media to book. All proceeds going to Nansa

A delightful blend of NZ and US hops make the Plateau from Burning Sky Brewery a delicious cask session ale. A light haze, refreshingly crisp finish, a modern classic - cheers!

SURESHOT WEST COAST PALE

A piney pale for all the gluten free fans, this is a great West Coast from Sureshot Brewing that slots in at 4.5% and is dry hopped with Chinook, Mosaic and Eclipse Prysma. Dank and with some green fruit flavours, this is deliciously refreshing - and gluten free too - cheers!

SURESHOT X SIREN PASTRY STOUT

Layers of delicious chocolate and berries, plenty of lactose and a fantastic 8% stout base make this a proper celebration b**r. Happy 4th Birthday to Sureshot Brewing with collaborators Siren Craft Brew helping to turn up the intensity on this rich and decadent bit of darkness. Dessert time!

BEAK HAZY IPA

Lewes-based are here with another delightful full-bodied, sweet hazy IPA with great Australian hops Enigma and Galaxy. It's boozy, fruity, with a dry-ish finish. Cheers!

HOLY GOAT HONEYBERRY SOUR

Honeyfang is a great and properly tart sour, filled with honeyberries (who knew that honeysuckle berries were cultivated?!), and using 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐲 𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐭 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 house sour culture to ramp this b**r up to 8% ABV for a punchy, tangy hit of delicious fruit. Hail the goat!
