Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life. We get to be part of that for so many couples who choose us to help them plan and celebrate something so special.

Every time, it is a huge honour, and this post is about expressing gratitude for that.

Thank you to Steve and Laura, who celebrated their wedding earlier this month and trusted us to manage the bar at Kings Lynn Town Hall on their big day. We wish you both a long and happy life together. Laura, you looked absolutely beautiful.

Today we are sharing another throwback post because one thing we hate is wasted content. We haven’t always posted as much as we should (naughty naughty 🤭), so now we are playing catch-up but enjoying all the nostalgia that comes with it.

Today we are reminiscing about a hilarious Drag Bingo and Bottomless Brunch that was held at Kings Lynn Town Hall last year. With Miss Demeanour running the bingo and us providing the catering and bar, we made the best team and had a lot of laughs along the way…as did everyone!

Miss Demeanour has since run other Drag Bingo events around Kings Lynn, so we really hope you have seen one or you are missing out on a great experience.

After a fantastic Christmas last year, KL Events are bringing you not one but two festive party nights for 2026. But we have some bad news (for some of you – not for us!): both these nights are now FULLY BOOKED.

Kings Lynn Town Hall is the perfect venue for a big celebration like this, and these events will be something truly special - and memorable - for our favourite time of year. Roll on December!

Today we are talking food again because it’s everyone’s favourite topic…

We often assume that our followers know what we are talking about and hopefully that is usually true – but not always! So let’s do a bit of jargon busting.

What is a ‘Grazing Table’? Think of it as a feast designed to be shared.

A grazing table is a spread of delicious food laid out across a table, rather than served as individual portions. You might find a mix of cheeses, cured meats, breads, crackers, fresh and dried fruit, dips, olives and plenty of other tasty treats, all beautifully arranged for guests to help themselves. They are a popular choice for corporate events and celebrations (of any kind!) because guests can graze at their own pace, try a bit of everything and go back for more whenever they fancy.

Today we are acknowledging World Mental Health Day…

Events are all about bringing people together, but it is easy to forget that sometimes the simplest things can make the biggest difference to how someone is feeling. Celebrating something together, or simply having a reason to step away from the everyday, can matter more than we realise.

This World Mental Health Day, we are reminded that looking after our mental health doesn’t always have to mean big changes that can seem daunting. Sometimes it’s about making time for the people around us.

Here’s to creating more moments that bring people together. Here’s to connection.
