In the restaurant, we use only the very best ingredients (and we love local, so you’ll find plenty of menu items from much-loved local suppliers), whilst Head Chef Herbert crafts menus that boasts the season’s freshest pick of the crop. Upstairs and across the way in Vine House, you’ve got 47 individually designed bedrooms to choose from. Whether you’re staying with us for a wondrous weekend break, sunny staycation or week-long escape, we simply can’t wait to welcome you – and the best part? Young’s Day is nearly here - and we’re celebrating 195 years!

No party is complete without the guests - everyone is invited to join us in the celebrations - the more the merrier! ☺️

We have a cake sale during the day on Thursday 17th Sept to raise money for Wooden Spoon children’s charity - come and grab a slice of happiness 🍰

Youngs famous golden tickets will be hidden around the pub waiting to be found throughout the week! What prize will you discover… 🏆🎟️

Between the 14th and 20th of September there will also be a Youngs On Tap App treat for users as part of the celebrations! Pop in and redeem at the bar! 🍺🍷

We will be serving the Best Roast on the Coast from 12 midday ‘til 5pm and - of course - we think you should join us & enjoy one 😋

We’ve got the biggest Yorkies, crispy yet fluffy inside roasties, endlesssss gravy, and - maybe most importantly - an amazing w**e list so you can pick the perfect pairing. 🥩🍷🍴
