Another Great Feast! Beginning with Houghton Hall venison carpaccio, then wild rabbit tortellini before a spectacular sharing feast of whole partridge, mallard, pigeon and woodcock and served with some great w**es from Piedmont. Gather around to celebrate the abundance of the Norfolk countryside, Italian style!
