Where would we be without Ethan?! 🤔

One minute he’s behind his laptop building our systems, the next he’s talking to customers, answering the phones, delivering orders, collecting supplies, shaking cocktails, hosting masterclasses or chatting away with customers in the bar. And occasionally, you might even find him enjoying a drink on the other side of the bar! 🍹😂

Safe to say, there’s never a dull moment and no two days are ever the same!

So today, it’s time to put the to-do list aside (well, for a little while anyway 😉) and celebrate Ethan! 🥳

There’ll definitely be cake 🍰 and gin 🍸 because, let’s be honest, what better way to celebrate at WhataHoot?!

🦉 When your drinking buddy has wings…

Our Tawny Orange Gin certainly caught the attention of this beautiful Barn Owl! 🍊🦉

We’re not sure whether they were admiring the bottle, keeping an eye on the pour… or simply wondering what all the fuss was about! 😂

There’s something rather special about enjoying a gin surrounded by beautiful Norfolk countryside — and having a Barn Owl as your very own onlooker makes it even better.

A big thank you to our friends at Little Massingham Manor for letting us spend the day filming in such a beautiful setting. lmmanornorfolk

We have a Birthday in the team …… she can often been seen bottling gin, serving in the shop, hosting tours and experiences, preparing food, cleaning the toilets, mopping floors, ordering stock, driving the van, out at events and markets, talking (lots of it!) to customers and suppliers, paying the wages, work mum to whole team! but most importantly our chef taster….. the list goes on. Happy Birthday to the Nicky aka the 🤣 ‘Boss’
