Tonight sees the 4th appearance of our latest Chiv Club, 'The Wool Inclusive'.

Open to all knitters and crochet buffs, it's a meet up to chat, create and learn in a the convivial surroundings of our VIP corner.

The hooks and/or needles get busy from 7pm, so if the call of the wool gets to you, call in, they'd be happy for any new intake.

Bank Holiday, especially in the fading lights of summer, always means a bit of a treat on the Sunday before.

And the Turmeric Twist team are back with us to bring colour and spice to your August end.

They'll be cooking in our Outback from 3pm til 7pm, and we've opted for the same menu as their last visit, which went down a storm.

Let's hope thats the only storm going down this weekend 🤞.

Today is all about our Team Queen, Sandra D.

We don't know where we'd have been without her. For 8 years her happy smile and cheery warmth have graced our bar, through thick, thin and thinner!! She's loyal, hardworking, a great friend and a pleasure to know.

We've even forgiven her for being from 'Dahn Sarf'.

Happiest of birthdays Sandra, you'll wear the big 6-0 with the same grace and beauty as your Chiv t-shirt.

And we'll be opening up her birthday bar tab so if any of you want to buy her a drink, just let us know.

Award winning beers often grace our pumps, but we are particularly proud to serve this one.

Chiverton Tap Brew Club have been a fixture in our bar since our early days and have produced some excellent beers. This recognition is well deserved and long overdue.

The Beer of the Festival at the recent Stockport and South Manchester CAMRA Beer & Cider Festival. Congratulations Rob Walsh.

It may not be 'dark beer' weather, but a great taste experience should never be missed.

They've had a little break for the footie and holidays but now the TT Team have returned.

This Sunday, 26th July, from 3pm the Turmeric Twist chaps will be back in town, cooking up a storm in our Outback.

Pop in any time from 3pm, note your table number, order at the cookery in our beer garden, choose your beverage in anticipation and your sumptuous repast will be delivered to your table.

We currently have 4 of the top 25 beers in the UK on our taps, as determined by We Are Beer, including the No.1, (at No.1 on the board) DEYA Brewing Company Steady Rolling Man.

Followed by Thornbridge Brewery Jaipur, Verdant Brewing Co - Brewery & Taproom Even Sharks Need Water and Track Brewing Co. Sonoma.
