What a magnificent day! A massive, heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out to support our charity bat and trap day for The Oliver Steeper Foundation 🎉✨

We made a total of £470.90 on the day ✉️

It was a truly wonderful day, made special by such an incredible turnout. We are so grateful to the wonderful team at Broad Oak Village Hall - Canterbury, who kindly gave up their time to help set up, spread the word, and donate all the proceeds from their games.

We are so lucky to have such a supportive village and community behind our pub and this wonderful cause. Thank you, everyone!🖤

A massive thank you to everyone who joined us for Saturday’s charity casino night hosted by The Royal Marines Association! It was a brilliant, fun-filled evening.

A special shoutout to Mick and the fantastic game hosts for running the night. We are incredibly grateful to the RMA for letting our 2026 fundraising charity, The Oliver Steeper Foundation, be a part of this amazing event! 🏆

💰 Together, through the raffle, we raised a fantastic £270 for the foundation!

Missed out or want a rematch? We’re already planning another casino night for September, so keep your eyes peeled for updates! 👁️✨

On June 20th, we’re hosting a Mini Casino night run by The Royal Marines! It’s all the thrill of the casino with none of the risk—this is a NO MONEY gambling event focused on fun and community.

We’re also proud to be holding a raffle for The Oliver Steeper Foundation, so come down, grab your tickets from the pub, and help us raise some money for a brilliant charity! 🥂
