It’s Pie week here at the George and Dragon from today Monday 19th to Saturday 24th October for a whole week dedicated to pies in all their forms. Think flaky puff pastry, buttery shortcrust, traditional suet and hearty pies topped with golden mashed potato – with something sweet for pudding too.

Our chefs have worked hard putting together a special Pie Week menu, with a selection of pies to work your way through during the week. And, of course, there’ll be plenty of our award-winning ales at the bar to go alongside them.

If pies aren’t quite your thing, our Pie Week menu will run alongside our usual Daily Menu, so all your usual pub favourites will still be available.

We will be taking part in Dementia UK’s biggest fundraising event of the year.
Come and join us for a slice of Cake and a Cuppa, on Saturday 20th June between 09.30am and 11.30am, bake a cake, buy a cake or just join us to raise money for Dementia Uk.
