The darkening autumn evenings are the perfect time to immerse yourself in art making. We are organizing atmospheric workshops that combine restorative focus, a glass of house wine, and delicious tapas from our restaurant.

🎨 WINE & PAINT – Relaxing acrylic painting

When: Fri Sep 18 and Fri Oct 2, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

What: We will paint with acrylics under the guidance of art teacher Sanna Ropponen, also known as "Pensselitäti" (The Brush Aunt). The evening is suitable for everyone—both beginners and experienced painters.

Tip for Sep 18 Animal Theme 🐾: You can paint a portrait of your pet or favorite animal. Send a photo of the animal to Sanna ([email protected]) by Sep 17 at the latest, and you'll get a printed photo to use as a reference during the session!

📿 WINE & BEADS – Unique jewelry workshop

When: Wed Oct 7, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

What: The popular Jewellery by AnnaM workshop returns to Casa Haga! The session will be guided by Anna Murtola, the creator of the jewelry brand.
Content: You get to craft lovely jewelry using gemstones, glass and stone beads, and high-quality hypoallergenic parts. You can make either two pairs of earrings OR one pair of earrings and a bracelet.

✨ DETAILS FOR BOTH WORKSHOPS:

Price: €39 / person.
What's included: Professional instruction, all paints, tools, and materials (even aprons!), plus a glass of wine.

Extra treats: You can enhance your evening by ordering tapas and other delicacies directly from the restaurant kitchen on-site.

As is the tradition, and autumn is our chef's favourite season, the menu is composed by flavours from the forest 🍁 Did you know, that muschrooms are a big thing in Spain as well?

This year, the menu is called "Mar i Muntanya", which is the Catalan way of telling you it contains flavours from sea and forest. 🐙🍄‍🟫

Come and enjoy, or sign up for autumn Spanish classes! 🇪🇸👇

On the terrace or indoors 🤩

Casa Haga offers not only delicious food, but also a piece of authentic Spanish culture! As our wonderful customer in the video says, we are like a little Spanish oasis in the middle of Helsinki. 🏖️
Service is available in Swedish, Finnish, English, and of course Spanish!

Spanish classes on Tuesdays:
Intermediate level at 17:30
Beginners at 18:30

🌟 Expect fun, practical learning where you actually get to practice speaking without stress in a supportive atmosphere.

🥓 Best of all, you can also order a delicious drink or a bite to eat on the side if you feel like it. Many people like to eat and stay to enjoy the evening even after the class.

These relaxed classes are taught by Spanish teacher (MA) Suvi Tynnylä. This autumn is a great time to try a new hobby. There is still room to join!

Autumn weather won't bother us 🍂

We have a warm and cozy interior as well as blankets, so you won't get cold as the evenings cool down. If the weather happens to be warm and nice, we'll naturally soak up the sun outside on the terrace! ⛱️☀️

Hola! 🩷

We are still enjoying the occasional sunny days on our terrace, but we wanted to remind you that we are also open after the summer season! 🥳

Yep, we are open all year around from Tuesday to Saturday. During September we will go back to our winter schedule and open at 15:00. 🍁

Many have described Casa Haga as their second livingroom with full service, and we definitely are that during winter season too 🏡

In addition to that, our events continue as well. We have beads and painting workshops with wine, wine tastings and Spanish classes 🍷😍 🎨
