Every week, we open a bottle of carefully selected and rare wine for an indulgent experience. These unique wines offer an amazing taste sensation and are the perfect way to start the weekend little early. Bottles are available in limited quantities, often just one bottle, and are sold on a first come, first served basis.

This beautiful 2023 Chardonnay from Le Domaine d’Henri comes from hillside vineyards northeast of Maligny, where vines over 20 years old bring depth and elegance to every glass.
Aged in a combination of:
✨ oak barrels
✨ amphora
✨ stainless steel
The result?
A bright, mineral-driven Chablis layered with apple, peach, melon, and delicate white flowers. Crisp, textured, subtly spicy, and beautifully balanced with a long, fresh finish.
100% Chardonnay
Behind the bottle is Michel Laroche, one of Chablis’ legendary names, now focused on his family estate: Le Domaine d’Henri. The domaine farms organically with minimal intervention in the cellar—low sulphites, gentle handling, and as little filtration as possible.
Pure Chablis energy.
