We are setting you up for the weekend! Tomorrow we have two new drops coming to the draft and to-go list!

DEALER’S CHOICE • FRUITED IPA • 8%

We took an IPA that we dry-hopped with Cashmere and Pacific Sunrise and decided to turn the fruitiness up to 11. We conditioned this IPA on peaches and apricots to blend naturally with the existing hop profile. This beer is bursting with notes of mango, pineapple, and, of course, peaches.

JUNGLE BIRD • COCKTAIL SELTZER • 8%

We crafted a riff on one of our favorite tiki drinks, the Jungle Bird. This seltzer was blended with pineapple, limes, Italian bitters, and house-made Demerara syrup. Juicy pineapple blends with a hint of bitterness that is balanced out with the bright lime to create a tasty little treat.

Dark Alchemy is built on a smooth base of 2-row malt and rolled oats, layered with a carefully chosen blend of roasted and caramel malts.
