Our curated menu features a cross section of traditional barbecue and Louisiana cuisine – cascading along the banks of the bayou and the coals, winding low and slow through Cajun country and the vieux carre – to bring you an authentic, chef-driven dining experience.
All meats are smoked in-house and prepared fresh daily. Enjoy our twist on traditional shrimp-n-grits, po'boy sandwiches, roux-based gumbo, housemade sausage, zydeco oysters, smoked brisket and pulled pork; all of which pair beautifully with indulgent sides of BBQ beans, coleslaw, cornbread, Creole mac 'n' cheese, and more.
