Please allow us to take a moment to applaud Silla Del Toro, Roswell’s 2025 Employee of the Year, Chere! Chere is the epitome of the ideal employee and an obvious selection for this recognition. She is always dependable, consistently shows up to her scheduled shifts at least five minutes early, and is known to pick up an extra shift in a moment’s notice. She is kind and respectful to all co-workers and guests. She is also a true brand ambassador, going out of her way, daily, to tell everyone about the restaurant and to promote awareness. She creates ideas for new processes and ways to promote the restaurant. The staff respects her and she is a joy to be around.
