Hysteria is diving head first into pro ultimate frisbee this weekend for Women's Empowerment Night!

The are the Bay's professional women's and non-binary ultimate frisbee team. Their club is part of the Western Ultimate League, and their mission is "to showcase and highlight our fan-friendly and exciting sport to folks of all age groups and genders and build community partnerships with organizations that support women, trans and nonbinary athletes."

Last weekend we got to meet lots of new friends at the SF Womens+ Flag Football League’s friends & family day! The friendly, inclusive community vibe was ELITE and we got to watch some great football. Thank you so much to for having us!

If you are interested in playing flag football (even if you’re brand new to the sport!) with a fun and social community in the Bay, you have to check out these leagues in Alameda and SF.

We had a beautiful weekend of beholding ballers in the Bay: basketball brackets, (foot)ball blowout, Bay FC!

🏀 Friday's Final Four and Sunday's championship watch parties at with the -- so much excitement and great energy!

🏈 Saturday night was under the lights, where your balled out and got the W against Vegas. The community, energy, and football at these games are all amazing!. And you know the after-party at was lit. Don't miss their last home game of the season on May 2 at 7pm! Tickets at link in bio.

⚽️ Sundays are for soccer -- as always, we have a good time at Bay FC games with friends, regardless of the outcome!
