I wish I hired a second bartender and someone to record reactions to my cocktails. I would have had great testimonials, but now I know for next year to be more prepared for this high demand offering.

Let's celebrate tea, the most consumed beverage globally after water!

In honor of upcoming international tea day, we are meeting at at 3:30 p.m. for our next dry social on the 17th.

I'm not into kombucha, but BKE changed that for me:

- Started by a physician couple, BKE is a minority-owned, Bushwick-based company that offers a line of kombuchas and a tasting room with non-alcoholic cocktails.

- They use globally-inspired ingredients including whole fruit, juices, flowers, hops, and spices with single origin black tea from Assam, India as the base.

- The products are low in sugar, calories, and caffeine, so I personally like to get their tasting flight to go on a flavor journey and try more small batch seasonals.

After you grab a drink, we have a chill, artsy ice breaker planned to take a mindful moment and observe the ritual of tea with an intimate group.

Then we will have a free flow hang.
