Our collaboration with launches on Monday. Alongside the special pork-stuffed fried chicken they created, their team also shared a cocktail that riffs on an Alaska for the occasion.

Both will be available on our Lounge menu starting Monday and for the next few months. The chicken will be served in limited quantities each night.

We are so excited to announce our next two Visionary Series events of 2026, presented by Resy.

The next world-class bar teams set to take over our Lounge and share their innovative perspectives are Moonrock of Tainan, Taiwan and Service Bar of Washington, DC.

Yi-Che Liao is joining us May 19 in the Clemente Bar Lounge to share the bar’s inspiration from the elegance and romance of the moon, with delicate, introspective cocktails.

On June 9, Christine Kim from Service Bar takes over for the night, bringing the bar’s unique interpretations of classic cocktails to The Lounge.

On 4/15 at 1 p.m. EDT, Global Dining Access by Resy members will have exclusive 48-hour access to this event. An eligible American® Express Card must be on your Resy profile to unlock. Terms apply.
