Perhaps a cocktail for the table?

Step into The Lounge and try the Charleston Penalty, a communal cocktail developed by Chef Sean Brock and his team off of an 18th century punch recipe they stumbled upon in 2011. Made with bourbon and rum, the cocktail serves four and offers autumnal flavors like chamomile, cardamom, apple c***r, and white chocolate.

THE 30TH CENTURY

Allow us to introduce you to the 30th Century. It’s like the 20th Century, only different. Inspired by the 1930s classic, this cocktail features a split base of Lalo Tequila Blanco and hazelnut gin from the EU’s Freimeisterkollektiv, which offers a flavor reminiscent of chocolate-nougat spread. Complementing the base spirits are Cocchi Americano and Aelred Melon, a Provencal aperitif made from sweet Cavaillon melons. Complete with clarified lemon juice à la 20th Century, the 30th Century is bright and silky, with notes of agave, melon, and a subtle nuttiness. Stop by The Lounge to try it now.
