A barrel of our own. 🥃

We’re excited to introduce Barrel KHR-091, a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey selected exclusively for The Ivory Peacock in collaboration with Rare Character.

Aged 10 years and bottled at 109.16 proof, this single barrel reflects the thoughtful curation behind our spirits program. Deep amber in color, it opens with caramel and warming spice, followed by layers of toffee, toasted oak and dark chocolate. Full-bodied, complex and made to be explored slowly.

With only 12 cases from this barrel, KHR-091 is a truly limited addition to our collection. Enjoy it neat, over a large cube, or ask our team how they like to pour it.
