Today is the day!

Leos and I would like to thank all of you for allowing us to continue his dream for 16 years!

Sometimes I have to step back and say “Wow 16 years!” It seems like yesterday he and I talked about this idea and it truly has been an amazing adventure.

We know everyone is busy but stop in if you can today so we can thank you in person for granting us the absolute privilege of bringing traditional b**r, camaraderie and a sense of family to the Chippewa Valley.

Tomorrow is our Sweet 16 Anniversary party and I had an idea!

Anybody could BUY a cake but this crazy lady MAKES cupcakes!🤪

A FREE Bohemian Dark L***r chocolate cupcake with cream cheese buttercream frosting to the first 257 friends who come to celebrate with us tomorrow!

Why 257? Apparently I miscalculated my recipe!🤪. OOPS!

Each one made and decorated with love…ok maybe the first 150 made with love…the remaining ones well let’s just say I laughed and cussed myself a few times! 🤣

Happy “Sweet 16” to us!

Things are coming along for our party this Saturday!

Most important is our Anniversary Sweet 16 b**r that is ready and was packaged this morning.

A premium Czech l***r that is unfiltered, naturally carbonated, beautifully balanced and complex. ❤️

They are bringing it up from the brewery today to the bier hall and will be on tap tonight.

So looking forwarding to seeing you all on Saturday!

Happy Labor Day!

Bier hall open 4-9 today.

We are working today.

Leos is transferring our Anniversary Sweet 16 b**r to the bright tanks so we can package it later this week and get it fresh out for our Anniversary party THIS Saturday!

I am sitting in the far far back room with my besties after a walk to the High bridge contemplating how much Fall decorations we have accumulated over 16 years and what to throw out!

Yikes enough thought I better get to work! 🤣

We are one week away from our Sweet 16 anniversary party on Saturday, September 12th.

As I was pulling out Fall decorations this morning I came across these picture boards from a few years ago.

So many changes over the past 16 years but never wavering from his commitment to bring traditional authentic tastes to all of you!

I think I might just bring these boards out so you all can enjoy the memories!
