For New Mexico Cocktail Week, our distiller Ayesha is stepping out from behind the still and into the cocktail lab for an evening of tasting, experimenting, and building drinks together.

We recently had the chance to host Tesuque Stucco for a private barrel tasting experience after they won their custom barrel and label at ABQ Wine Classic 2025 🍷✨

They were joined by renowned Taos artist Ed Sandoval, whose paintings will become the labels for their wines, making the whole afternoon feel like such a beautiful blend of New Mexico art, wine, and community.

Still feeling grateful for collaborations and moments like these!
