We asked Tailor to pick three of his favorite VARA reds, and these made the cut:

🍷 Zingara — a Garnacha-led blend with Cariñena, juicy, vibrant and beautifully balanced
🍷 Cariñena — bright and expressive with fresh fruit and a food-friendly finish
🍷 Mencía — elegant and earthy with juicy fruit and plenty of depth

While we’re raising a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon today, the next one is already in the works. 🍇 Harvest season means early mornings, full bins, stained hands, and a whole lot of grapes making their way from vine to wine.

Bold, beautiful, and worth the wait. Here’s to the reds we’re drinking now and the ones still becoming. ❤️

Our 2019 Cariñena is on sale for $20 (normally $34 👀)

Think juicy cherry + raspberry, a little wild herb and anise, soft tannins and a smooth finish. Basically, very easy to love.

🍷 88% Cariñena + 12% Garnacha
🧀 Loves a charcuterie board
🔥 Great with grilled chicken or pork
