This one is for they asked if we were going to make a Plum Pizza with their delicious Santa Rosa Plums… challenge accepted! Slow braised Soy Honey Pork Shoulder, Grilled Spring Onions, Collards, Sesame Mushrooms, TomaRashi and an Asian Plum sauce.

Pasta:
Oven Roasted Stuffed Pork Loin (Sun-dried Tomatoes, Crimini Mushrooms, Kale, & Parmesan) on a bed of Linguine Pasta tossed in a shallot, garlic & white wine sauce with Cherry Tomatoes & Creamed Spinach. Served with our grilled rustic bread.

Salad:
Haricot Vert, Local marinated Golden Beets, Jicama, Roasted Sweet Potato, Fresh Red Onion, Tomarashi Cheese, and Local Oven Roasted Kale. Garnished with a Sweet Basil & Toasted Sesame Vinaigrette and Crunchy Garlic Breadcrumbs.

Mac n’ Cheese pie is back! Nurske’s Canadian Bacon, Tubetti pasta (tossed in a sauce of Aged Mozzarella, Smoked Gouda, & Chipotle), Cherry Tomatoes, Sautéed Local Spinach w/ Garlic, and Mozzarella Cheese. Garnished with Italian Parsley and Grana Padano.
