Craft beer, full kitchen, patio with views, and live music every Tuesday night. We are a family-owned brewery and pub serving craft beer and cider and scratch pub fare from inside our warm & friendly public house located in the heart of the beautiful Village of Los Ranchos. Our nine house beers include Skull Bucket IPA, Raspberry DYNAMITE, Lloyd's 3 O'Clock Kolsch, Esmerelda Italian Pilsner, and C

OMPA Blue Corn Los Ranchos Lager made with New Mexico blue corn. At any one time, we have several rotating beers available including Ale Witch Pumpkin Ale, Hummingbird Pils, Brickie American Stout, and four seasonal DYNAMITE kettle sours, just to name a few. Our prolific barrel-aging program produces favorites such as The Judy Brett Saison aged with local peaches, Albaricoque Viejo with local apricots, and others aged in wine or spirit barrels, often resting for months/years with locally grown fruit. We ferment cider, proudly using only 100% not-from-concentrate apple juice in our house Steel Bender Cider and local orchard apples in our rustic heritage ciders. Our full kitchen makes hearty pub fare including the popular Steel Bender Burger, green chile stew, pulled pork and spare rib sandwiches featuring meats smoke in our brewyard, unique seasonal salads, our infamous fried green chile strips, and award-winning vegetarian seitan wings. We're proud to be part of New Mexico's craft beer industry, one of the strongest in the country, and honored to be a gathering place for the city.

Brewed with freshly cut wet hops from our friends at , this citrusy pale ale is a tribute to the GOAT, Dolly Parton. Billy Goat’s fresh whole cone Comet and Chinook hops were added in a heaping steep of wonderfully rich wort. Notes of tropical fruit, subtle grapefruit dankness, and a touch of floral, with a juicy, refreshing finish. $1 per pint will go to Dolly’s Imagination Library 🦋

Registration is OPEN for the annual Dash & Drink for Pink 5k or 1-mile run/walk happening at Canteen Brewhouse (Aztec location) benefiting Pink Warrior House Foundation!

We're joining forces once again with Canteen and elevate PHWlevate PHW on Friday, October 2nd for a cause that matters.

Whether you’re up for a 5K or prefer a 1-mile stroll, this event is all about coming together, showing support, and having fun. After crossing the finish line, stick around to raise a pint with friends because running (or walking) is always better with good beer and good company.
