We’re welcoming summertime with a month-long Vivác Winery spotlight!

Founded in Dixon, New Mexico, Vivác has become one of the state’s most celebrated wineries, known for crafting award-winning wines that showcase the unique character of New Mexico’s high-desert vineyards. 🍇✨

Throughout June, we’ll be featuring an awesome lineup of Vivác wines on our menu—including a couple of exciting new vintages you won’t want to miss.

And that’s not all! Join us on June 20 for our Winemaker Speaker Series featuring Vivác co-owner and co-winemaker Jesse Padberg. Hear the stories behind the wines, learn about the winemaking process, and enjoy an evening of great conversation and great wine.

New month, new spotlight winery... And that means another Winemaker Speaker Series! 🤩

We're excited to welcome Jesse Padberg, co-owner and co-winemaker of Vivác Winery, to the NM Wine Studio for our next Winemaker Speaker Series! 🍷

As our June Spotlight Winery, Vivác has been crafting award-winning wines in Dixon, New Mexico for more than two decades. Throughout the month, we'll be featuring their wines at the Studio, and on June 20th, you'll have the chance to hear directly from one of the people behind them.

We’re welcoming May with Milagro Vineyards! 🌿🍷

All month long, we’re shining the spotlight on Milagro Vineyards & Winery out of Corrales, NM.

With their first vines planted in 1985, this small-batch, 100% estate-bottled winery grows all of their grapes right in the Corrales community. From bright French and German/Austrian-style whites to beautifully delicate, Old World–inspired reds, they craft high-quality wines with care and precision.

We’ve got four of their wines featured on our menu, plus a couple of off-menu bottles available as well. 🍇😉

We’re especially excited about this lineup—come by and give them a try!

Old town Plaza is celebrating it’s 320th birthday tomorrow (Saturday, April 18) from 12-4 PM, and it’s going to be full of local food vendors performances and all the good community energy.

April showers bring an El Alamo spotlight! 🥳🍷
