Meet Amaëlle Fontaine, our head sommelier! Before diving into the world of w**e, Amaëlle was actually a French teacher living in Spain and Italy. Her w**e journey truly began in Bordeaux back in 2016, leading her through fine dining, Michelin starred restaurants, and even a stint as a nomad sommelier sailing everywhere from the Seychelles and Antarctica to the North Pole and Monaco.

Three months ago, she brought that incredible wealth of experience right here to Bistrot du Vin! For Amaëlle, w**e is at its best when it brings people together to share laughs, enjoy good food, and forget about time passing by. Whether it is an everyday easy going bottle or a high class vintage, she loves that our guests can enjoy amazing w**es at reasonable prices in a completely relaxed setting.
