🍷Wine Tasting: Celebrate Christmas with Adrien Bergère, Côte de Sézanne🍷

The Bergère family has cultivated vines in the Vallée du Petit Morin since 1848, with Albert Bergère founding Maison Bergère in 1949. In 2014, winemaker Adrien Bergère, holding an oenology diploma, aimed to enhance the family’s terroirs by vinifying parcels separately to showcase their diversity. His efforts led to the creation of a parcel-based range and two Coteaux Champenois. Between 2014 and 2018, he experimented with barrels and foudres for better wine analysis. Now farming 45 hectares, Adrien views their rich terroir as a valuable inheritance that inspires innovation.

We will be featuring the following five wines:
Origine Brut, Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Extra-Brut, Le Petit Meslier Brut Zero, Coteaux Champenois Blanc and Ferebrianges Aux entres deux Coteaux Champenois Rouge

🍷Unlock the Unknown: Blind Tasting with Jeffrey Cheng 🍷

Jeffrey has a true passion for the art of pairing wines with diverse foods and cuisines. As a banker for over 20 years, he has spent the last 15 years exploring the latest trends in the wine industry and collecting wines, including en-primeur. In 2024, Jeffrey decided to fully engage in the wine and hospitality world, earning several certifications along the way.

We’re thrilled to have Jeffrey with us this coming Monday evening, where he’ll expertly guide us through a tasting of four exquisite wines from around the globe, sharing valuable tasting techniques. Plus, a SPECIAL AWARD will be given to the participant with the most correct answers!

🍷An Evening in Burgundy with Maxime Crotet 🍷

Maxime Crotet, a passionate young winemaker from Burgundy, spent about ten years learning from Frédéric Cossard in Saint-Romain, where he mastered organic vineyard farming and natural winemaking.

In 2021, he established his own winery in Beaune, starting a négociant business without owning a vineyard. Sourcing grapes from like-minded growers, Maxime’s first two vintages showcased wild, vibrant wines that shaped his project’s identity. He aims to gradually expand, delivering organically farmed and naturally produced wines that reflect the lively expressions of the grapes and their terroirs.
