La Cabane has unique focus on natural and biodynamic wines and boasts a collection like no other in Hong Kong. Established in 2010, La Cabane Wine Cellar offers nearly 350 different wines from France and the New World sourced directly from individual wine makers. In addition, the Wine Cellar functions as a delicatessen and supplies a wide selection of gourmet cheese, which

arrives from Paris fortnightly. Complimenting this is a range of artisan olive oils, vinegars, juices and traditional French foods. May is the month of ! This year, we’re featuring Savoie, located in southeastern France in the French Alps. Known for its culinary traditions, Savoie also produces exceptional wines made with unique indigenous grape varieties.

At the Cellar, enjoy a 10% discount on wines from the Savoie region.

At the Bistro, we’ll reimagine the flavors of Savoie with special dishes on the menu. We’ll also offer a curated selection of Savoie cheeses and Savoie wines by the glass and by the bottle, available exclusively for this month only.

Food Menu:

1) ⁠⁠Ravioles: Stuffed pasta from Dauphine paired with a creamy asparagus purée and scallion oil

2) ⁠Croz & Cheese: A comforting mac & cheese, reimagined with Savoie’s traditional buckwheat pasta: crozets.

3) Blueberry Clafoutis: Blueberries, one of Savoie’s mountain-region signatures—normally stars in pies, but here they take a twist in a plush baked custard called clafoutis.

Happy May everyone! Natural wine will be the main character of this month!

Starting off, we will have our Meet the Winemaker event with Fabien Jouves.

Not long afterwards we’ll have our RAW WINE Shenzhen pre-party on the 13th at the bistro where we will hangout with different winemakers before the fair.

In the same week, we will be showcasing wines at BioDyna. And at the end of the month, we will be pairing artwork and wines in collaboration with Bad Times Records at The Heath.

We’re also celebrating French GourMay at the bistro with special dishes and wines from the Savoie region in France—so stop by and check out what we’ve got!

We’re welcoming Fabien Jouves back to Hong Kong for the first time since 2014!

Join us for a tasting at the Cellar, where Fabien will walk us through a selection of his new cuvées, showing the range and energy of Cahors - a region known for structured, darker-style wines where Malbec (locally called Côt) is king.

But Jouves comes in with a different approach and direction: organic farming, low intervention, and a style that focuses on freshness, energy, and tension.
