La Cabane W**e Cellar

La Cabane has unique focus on natural and biodynamic w**es and boasts a collection like no other in Hong Kong. Established in 2010, La Cabane W**e Cellar offers nearly 350 different w**es from France and the New World sourced directly from individual w**e makers. In addition, the W**e Cellar functions as a delicatessen and supplies a wide selection of gourmet cheese, which arrives from Paris fortnightly. Complimenting this is a range of artisan olive oils, vinegars, juices and traditional French foods. At it’s bistro revelers can choose from over 100 non-interventionist w**es with knowledgeable, multi-lingual staff on hand to guide the journey. It’s kitchen provides a thoughtful and ever rotating menu of both hot and cold authentic French dishes along with platters of hand sourced charcuterie and artisan seasonal cheeses. May is the month of ! This year, we’re featuring Savoie, located in southeastern France in the French Alps. Known for its culinary traditions, Savoie also produces exceptional w**es made with unique indigenous grape varieties.

At the Cellar, enjoy a 10% discount on w**es from the Savoie region.

At the Bistro, we’ll reimagine the flavors of Savoie with special dishes on the menu. We’ll also offer a curated selection of Savoie cheeses and Savoie w**es by the glass and by the bottle, available exclusively for this month only.

Food Menu:

1) ⁠⁠Ravioles: Stuffed pasta from Dauphine paired with a creamy asparagus purée and scallion oil

2) ⁠Croz & Cheese: A comforting mac & cheese, reimagined with Savoie’s traditional buckwheat pasta: crozets.

3) Blueberry Clafoutis: Blueberries, one of Savoie’s mountain-region signatures—normally stars in pies, but here they take a twist in a plush baked custard called clafoutis.

Happy May everyone! Natural w**e will be the main character of this month!

Starting off, we will have our Meet the W**emaker event with Fabien Jouves.

Not long afterwards we’ll have our RAW W**E Shenzhen pre-party on the 13th at the bistro where we will hangout with different w**emakers before the fair.

In the same week, we will be showcasing w**es at BioDyna. And at the end of the month, we will be pairing artwork and w**es in collaboration with Bad Times Records at The Heath.

We’re also celebrating French GourMay at the bistro with special dishes and w**es from the Savoie region in France—so stop by and check out what we’ve got!
